" From initial telephone consultation with Danny to completing work 3 days later by one engineer (expecting 2) ,excellent service, excellent workmanship and tidiness. Highly recommended. "

"Excellent professional service"

"The engineer was very punctual, polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the work done and the price was reasonable. The work was carried out on the day to the best of my satisfaction. However, I have just been informed that the heating system has not been working after the day it was serviced. I will be making contact to have it checked again"

"Very professional but friendly. Willing to answer any questions posed. Went the 'extra mile' and did some minor repair at no extra cost."

"Very nice lads solved problem quickly and very polite"

"Very easy to deal with Friendly service Overall v satisfied"

"From the initial, and prompt, survey and estimate, the work was done to the highest standards and in a pleasing and courteous manner. I can recommend highly the efficiency and helpfulness of this company. They are an example and compliment to their profession."

"New boiler fitted on short notice at agreed price. Work was done quickly and tidily."

"Excellent"

"Really pleased with the work and the guys who carried it out. I'll use them again and have recommended them to other people."

"Came out within 2 days and fitted the new boiler. Very pleased with the work carried out. Would definitely recommend"

"Daryl understand the urgency of repair, organised the engineer to attend in a short period of time to avoid the inconvenience for our tenant when another companies gave the slot after 2 days. Our tenant also conveyed their thanks to Daryl."

"This was probably the most reliable and courteous company we have dealt with. They looked after my elderly brother-in-law in a way which restores faith in human nature. Made sure that he had heating whilst waiting a VERY short time for a new boiler and carried out the work with the mimimun of fuss and stress. Would thoroughly recommend Daniel and his team and will certainly use him again should the need arise. Thankyou Checkatrade for your very valuable leaflet without which we would have been at a loose end."

"Really efficient with making the appointment, turning up, carrying out the work, issuing the work and invoicing."

"Great Communications and work carried out to a good standard. Quote and then Invoice sent promptly too."

"Accurate, courteous and professional."

"Very prompt response to initial enquiry with immediate quote. Work was carried out when advised and I was actually given a discount because the work was more straightforward than they had envisaged. Unheard of! One very happy customer, and I have put WH James's number in a prominent place in case of future need."

"WHJames were swift to respond to request for quote and to then carry out the work. When their plumber attended he carried out the work in a few minutes, and had the authority to invoice at 65% of the original quote because the work was less demanding than originally expected. One VERY satisfied customer."

"The service carried out on the boiler installed by WH James in 2014 was completed in roughly an hour. The engineer informed me of all the tests that he had undertaken on my combination boiler. He then provided me with a email copy of the report. In the 5years since the installation we have had no problems with the heating system."

"Excellent work carried out by the team. Punctual, courteous and extremely efficient, completing the job in a single day and to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend and will use for future electrical jobs that need doing , 10, 10"

Fairly priced and efficient

I had a few jobs with loss of power, extra sockets to be fitted and a heat only wore up in south Herts area I couldn't attend so I employed these guys to cover for me. They done an excellent job and my clients were highly satisfied with the service. I'll use again

Super awesome chaps, friendliest and hardest working repairmen I've encountered. Being spurs fans was a bonus, too. Would highly recommend them.

Called up out of hours and they did an emergency repair, quick, easy and professional. No surprises with the cost.

Great guys to have around. Quality of work faultless. Really happy with out come.
